We believe a collector's card is a small keeper of time. Behind every one is a memory worth protecting, and we restore it with the reverence that history deserves.
How a Commission Moves.
Assessment
Your card is examined and photographed. We will verify the tier of submission, tell you plainly what can be done, what should not be, and what it will cost — before anything is touched. If assessment confirms that the incorrect tier was selected at order, we will reach out with the new submission tier proposition and price and await your approval before beginning restoration.
Treatment
Work proceeds by hand, in stages, under magnification. Each intervention is recorded as it happens.
Record
A sealed conservation record is prepared: before and after imagery, the steps taken, and every material used.
Return
The card is returned in protective housing via tracked transit — with its record alongside.
What to have ready.
A commission is placed and paid in a single step, and you may submit up to fifteen cards at once. Before you start, have the following on hand:
- Each card's detailsThe card and set for every card you're submitting (for example, “1999 Base Set Charizard, Holo”).
- A chosen service per cardSelect a service for each card. Each price is a starting amount; final scope is confirmed once your cards are in hand and examined.
No photos are needed — every card is examined and photographed here as part of its conservation record. Payment and agreement to our Terms of Service are completed with your submission. We then send shipping instructions and the address — please don't ship until you receive them.
